Welcome to New Diana Intermediate School! I am so glad to be here and working with you and your children! I would like to share a bit about myself with you.
I am originally from Hallsville. I tell the students I am as "old as dirt". I graduated from high school in 1978. I bounced around a few colleges (East Texas Baptist and Stephen F. Austin) always wanting to go to where I finished - TCU! I received my Masters from University of North Texas in Denton. I also have taken courses at Sam Houston State University, Oklahoma State University, and received my superintendent certification from University of Texas at Tyler.
I have taught choir and music for many years before going into administration. Our family did about 10 years in Oklahoma, away from home, with a company transfer for Tony. Finally, we just had to come home to East Texas. I love what I do and being here is just icing on the cake.
I am married to Tony who works here at the school handling all the playing fields and grounds. We have a "yours, mine, and ours" family.

Lindsey graduated from Texas A & M, lives in Plano, and works at a Physical Therapy Clinic.
Ashley graduated from Northeastern State University (Tahlequah, OK), lives in Denton, and works in human resources for a company in the Metroplex.
Danielle graduated from Missouri Southern State University (Joplin, OK), lives in Springfield, Missouri, and works for Springfield Backoffice.
Donovan is a senior here at New Diana. He is involved in basketball, baseball, FFA, and hunting.
It is my pleasure to be serving New Diana schools and getting to know you and your children! Please stop by and introduce yourself to me.
